SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday before 12pm.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Time in transit depends on the shipping service. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Lashx Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be charged to customer.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
FedEx Smart Post is required for all deliveries at military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.
In case of Delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and filled a claim. Lashx Lashes is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delay packages.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of the date of item delivery. please see FAQs for more information.
